Reservation confirmations

Check-in
Your room is available as from 14.00 p.m. If you arrive earlier and your room is not ready we are happy to store your luggage for you. You can check-in is possible till 24h00.

Check-out
We kindly ask you to vacate your room before 12.00 a.m. If you wish to remain in your room longer, please ask the reception for the possibilities.

Children's discount
Children up till 3 years are welcome free of charge, while staying in their parent's room. Baby's cots are for free of charge available at the reception. It is not possible to put an extra normal bed in the room. If you would like, you can choose for a family room with a connection door in between. Maximum 3 persons are allowed per room.

Reservations guarantee
With your credit card or a deposit you can guarantee your reservation. If we have not received a deposit or credit card number and expiry date, your room will be released if you have not arrived before 18.00 p.m.

Cancellations
You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your arrival without any financial consequences. If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival we will charge 100% of the reserved value.

Payment
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Amex and you can by in cash (euro). When the company is charged for the hotel costs, the invoice should be paid within 8 days.

Standard terms
All agreements entered into are governed by the Uniforme Voorwaarden Horeca (Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry, UVH). These are available for inspection at the hotel and will be send to you immediately, free of charge, upon request. The UVH are binding upon everyone who makes use of our services.
